This weekend has been a big weekend for Mister Max! He has experienced many new things. Daddy had the whole weekend off, so we really took advantage of it. Friday he realized he could barrel roll across the living room floor. On Saturday Max had his first swim at the Y. He loved being in the water! He may be a little fish like his daddy.... Last night we gave him cereal for the first time. He did really well with it and slept 9 hours straight! We used baby toothpaste on his gums for the first time too and he was so cute with it! Today daddy experienced bathing Max for the first time by himself! I think they had fun :) It's bittersweet to see Max doing so many new things. I'm so excited, but kind of miss having a brand new baby. I think he's just trying to learn as much as he can so he can show off for everyone over Christmas :) In a week we will be in Walton, Indiana! wooohooo!

go max go! it's neat to see you guys excited about everything! cherish every moment because they grow too fast. after the first one you don't have quite as much time to enjoy the next ones!
