Feeling like Fall

He looks so tough, huh?!
Probably one of my new favorite pictures :) He was having fun playing on the floor
He will finally keep his eyes open for pictures!
1st time at church-looking like a stud
Sporting new jammies from Uncle Jared & Aunt Amy...and the camo hat of course

Thanks to the Hurricanes that have been wreaking havoc on the south, it's feeling a lot like fall here in Wichita. We haven't seen 80 in almost 2 weeks! We are enjoying the cool weather & crisp air. When we went to church today it was sunny and 62-perfect! Even though i'm typically a summer kinda girl, i'm really looking forward to autumn. I've been cooking warm comforting foods, and working on my knitting-gearing up for the cozy months :)Football season has started...as have the lazy weekends. Fantasy League is well under way. (Boy i never thought i'd take part in fantasy league football-or get excited for the college & pro seasons to start!)
Tyler is finally able to spend the majority of the weekend at home & we are loving it! Max just can't seem to get enough play time with Daddy :) I still can't believe that he's already 2 months-time sure flies. He gets his shots on Friday, so please be saying a prayer for all of us! He's actually starting to settle into a routine. Depending on how he's feeling (since the whole family has sinus infections) he does pretty well, and is getting predictable with sleeping & eating. He has really come alive the past week or two. He can follow you with his eyes, find you by your voice, and interact when you talk and play. Tummy time with Dad is paying off-he lifts his head so well & even tries to scoot on the floor.
We are feeling very blessed right now. We have a happy home, a beautiful boy, and a loving family. We are even starting to feel at home in our new church-which is a huge relief.Hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather & feeling very blessed today...
